Responsibilities

• Create and implement novel, inventive, and tactically effective innovative ideas across the entire spectrum of graphic communication platforms
• Offer creative direction, visual design and structure for BTL, social media and ATL from photography video productions, animation and static
• Offer creative solutions that effectively satisfy communication goals and are in accordance with customers' business purpose, standards, and message, we do analysis and think creatively about their needs
• Create the tone for creative marketing across several media
• Create and implement creative concepts in collaboration with copywriters and other design-based creatives
• Collaborate with project managers to decipher the creative brief, offer ideas, and ensure that project deadlines are reached
• Engage throughout the full production process to guarantee that the end product is of high quality

Requirements

• At least more than 3 years of experience in Art direction in advertising agency
• Experience in doing design and print work
• Strong understanding and prior experience developing integrated content across numerous marketing platforms
• Able to use ideas to turn into communications solutions
