Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• 3 years' experience in panel and enclosure solutions preferred.
• Willing to travel on short notice for training or events.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To provide pre-sales engineering support to qualify opportunities beyond standard components needs by maximizing the deployment of bundled solutions, aiming at optimizing the total cost of ownership for the customer and/or providing unique customer benefits through combining the strength of the complete product range.
• To advise and improve customers concept drawing/design for cabinet solution.
• Provide application-oriented technical support to the Industrial Sales Engineers and their customers. Analyse application requirements and derive an optimal solution that meets the requirements with competitive cost.
• Comprehensively support the customer from project planning till implementation. Ensure that our products and their unique features are specified in projects, end users and consultants to technically safeguard our position against competition.
• Participate in industry specific associations and exchange of industry specific trends and developments within the ICE (Industrial Component & Electronics) division.
• Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events, including designing and/or revamping of products static and active displays.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
• Continuously driving improvement through end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• ONLY Singapore based candidates will be considered.
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• 3 years' experience in panel and enclosure solutions preferred
• Knowledge of panel design and interpreting schematics drawings
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Customer-driven and results-oriented.
• Determined, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
• Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to travel within short notice e.g. Training, Trade shows, etc.
