Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operations is preferred.
  • Background in education, childcare, or tutoring is a plus.
  • University students are welcome to apply; strong performance may lead to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media marketing.
  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins.
  • Deliver excellent service, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Assist with rescheduling, trial class feedback, and onboarding.
  • Process enrollments, payments, and manage billing.
  • Support marketing efforts and ensure customer follow-ups.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain accurate client records.
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics, maintain tidiness, and manage inventory.
  • Provide operational support for holiday camps and special programs.
  • Substitute or support teaching on ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Support marketing efforts and ensure customer follow-ups.
