Product Technical Marketing Engineer
Job summary
A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Product Technical Marketing Engineer to ensure high-quality development of Home Ink Core Products. You'll lead cross-functional teams, conduct data mining for insightful analysis, and manage product performance updates. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, and proficiency in Python and SQL is essential. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Data Science training is preferred; PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive and ensure good quality & experience during development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
- Data mine and analyze monthly data for product quality insights.
- Drive field issues to closure.
- Provide updates and recommendations on product performance.
Skills
Education
- Drive and ensure good quality & experience during development for our Home Ink Core Products.
- Lead cross-functional teams and regions support partners to achieve quality goals for current products.
- Data mine and analyze monthly call, telemetry and return data to provide holistic and detailed analysis of product quality to generate impactful insights.
- Drive field issues and escalations to full closure.
- Garner learning from current product issues resolution, and feed forward learning to future programs.
- Provide regular update & recommendations on product performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Typically, 0-1 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and services industry is good to have.
- Data Science trained; PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and related IT tools for data mining & analysis.
