JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Associate to join our team! You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service across our stores.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets (commission applicable)
  • Manage and guide part-time retail staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle online order processing and fulfilment accurately and efficiently
  • Set up live streaming sessions for product promotions (option to host if interested)
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Perform store opening and closing duties
  • Uphold stock accuracy and assist with inventory management
  • Maintain store cleanliness and a professional appearance
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in basic computer and POS operations
  • Willing to work across multiple store locations
