The HR Services Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support and services. This role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects with clientele. The HR Services Executive serves as a point of contact for all HR matters and supports various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interface: Conduct marketing tasks and be the first point of contact for client queries regarding HR matters.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly, including orientation and paperwork completion.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, such as attendance, leaves, and allowances, ensuring accurate data entry unto HRMS and Masterlist, performing regular updates.
- Employee Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or regulatory requirements. - Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, or disciplinary matters in collaboration with HR management.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs in services. Participate in HR services projects such as performance management, training programs, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate HR-related activities, such as scheduling training sessions, performance reviews, or team-building events. Prepare HR correspondence, letters, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in HR in the process, pharmaceutical or construction industries handling end to end HR.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Infotech, SuccessFactors, WorkDay), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and payroll software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Problem-solving and customer-service orientation. - Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
