Job description
- Oversee all commercial activities of engineering projects from tendering to project closure.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and technical teams to ensure commercial compliance.
- Evaluate and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure competitive yet profitable bidding.
- Manage vendor, subcontractor, and client commercial relationships.
- Ensure all commercial documentation and records are accurate and updated.
- Monitor project performance and advise management on financial impacts or variations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company commercial policies.
