A leading staffing firm in Singapore is looking for a Product Support Associate to assist in executing key initiatives related to financial and investment products. The role involves user testing, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, along with at least a year of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in banking products or systems.
- Familiar with investment and/or financial products.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in executing and delivering key initiatives.
- Perform user testing, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
- Provide ad hoc support for product implementations and campaigns.
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders across business units.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Skills
Education
- Support Product Managers in executing and delivering key initiatives related to financial and investment products.
- Perform user testing, gather feedback, and work with teams to drive improvements and ensure product readiness.
- Provide ad hoc support for product implementations, campaigns, and other product-related initiatives.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business units to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and monitor project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in banking products or systems.
- Familiar with investment and/or financial products.
- Excellent logical, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and functions.
