They should be proficient in designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design,develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and O365.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the developed solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development.
• Understand and adhere to the organization's governance and guidelines while designing solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into IT solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, O365, .Net, and Web development.
• Experience with data integration and working with various data sources.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a development team is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT development.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an enterprise organization.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SharePoint and Azure services.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
