Job summary

A growing project management firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Admin to manage client contracts and ensure timely execution of obligations. The successful candidate will require a Diploma in a relevant field and should ideally have experience in construction administration. Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability are essential for this role, which involves significant stakeholder interaction and support to project managers. The role offers a salary range of $2500 - $3000.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
  • Prefer to have construction admin working experience in related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Administer client contracts and pricing with the project team.
  • Ensure timely action on contract obligations with the legal team.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate tenders, client contracts, and pricing accurately.
  • Perform preliminary analysis of tender packages.
  • Compile corporate presentations for stakeholders.
  • Advise on new business opportunities.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required.
