Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to support the development of strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder engagements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least four years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordination of activities, administration of joint appointments, and secretariat duties for committee meetings. Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate joint programmes, processes, and frameworks.
- Administer and track joint appointments for professionals.
- Plan and monitor engagement activities and outcomes.
- Serve as secretariat for steering committee meetings.

- Coordinate joint programmes, processes, and frameworks to strengthen collaboration across domains.
- Administer and track joint appointments for academics and healthcare professionals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor engagement activities and partnership outcomes.
- Serve as secretariat for steering committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute writing, and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or related field with at least 4 years’ experience.
- Background in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or project management preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
