Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage incident tickets, collaborating with functional subject matter experts to identify root causes, resolutions, and target completion timelines.
  • Communicate incident details clearly and professionally to clients and users, including symptoms, findings, resolution steps, and expected timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal functional teams to respond to client and user queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track incidents through to closure, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • General knowledge of 3-tier application architecture (presentation, application, and database layers).
  • Familiarity with basic technical concepts such as SQL queries, application logs, and issue troubleshooting is good to have.
  • Ability to quickly acquire functional and system knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to external stakeholders under guidance.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
