Contracts Manager

• To preform Contract agreement review.
• To perform Contract and commercial risk assessment.
• To develop and implement construction commercial proposal.
• To resolve Construction dispute settlement.
• To oversee and ensure that budgets are kept and that projects operations are not hampered due to budget allocations.
• To meet, build and maintain relationships with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
• To prepare and submit quarterly reports.
• Involve in project tender
