A reputable engineering firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the L&D team. This role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, and liaising with external providers and government agencies. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with relevant qualifications and experience in HR administration.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and administration of the L&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, supporting in-house programs, and liaising with external training providers and government agencies to optimize training grant applications.
Salary will depend on your experience and familiarity with Learning & Development.
