Job description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Executive to join our team. As the bridge between our headquarters and local outlets, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our company’s learning goals. Job Responsibilities
  • Be the Bridge between Headquarters and Company outlets.
  • Be the role model and ensure adherence to the company’s guidelines and standards at local outlets through monthly visits.
  • Plan, Prepare and Conduct effective training in line with company SOPs for different brands.
  • Impart knowledge and skills to empower team members for continuous improvement.
  • Support team members in their personal and professional growth journey.
  • Work closely with other departments.
  • Provide administrative and business support for other departments.
  • Keep proper documentation of training programs and standards.
  • Organizing staff engagement activities.
  • Work with Operations in organizing occasional outlet meetings.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Job scopes ratio upon passing probation: 60% Outlet visit / 5% Training / 35% other L&D responsibilities as listed above (Ratio may change over time)
  • Must be willing to travel to various parts of Singapore (Outlets)
On Site Training - Estimated 8 weeks
  • Training at different outlets to understand workflow, operation, procedures and more importantly to build relationship with the staff.
  • Hygiene and Service Standards
  • Audit Check trainings at outlets
  • Occasional weekends (only during probation) to get familiarized with the types of customers the ground staff are facing. (Schedule will be provided in advance)
