Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Wrangling - Setting up Data Collection (if needed), Data retrieval, Data Audit every month
  • Data analysis
  • Investigation of sudden changes and root-cause analysis
  • Data Visualization
  • Communication of actionable insights
  • Point of Contact for data request, queries and assistance
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Familiar with simple SQL queries
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences
  • Detailed, analytical and able to work independently
  • Candidates with software coding or hospitality background will be a plus
  • Proficient in visualization tools (example: Tableau and Power BI) will be an added advantage
