Our team is dynamic and collaborative, working towards creating impactful products for children. We are looking for a dedicated part-time HR and Office Admin to join our team and support our HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Handle office supplies procurement and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Support internal coordination across teams on administrative needs.
  • Assist with simple finance-related admin tasks (e.g. invoices, claims, petty cash tracking) where required.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
  • Support basic pre-employment checks and offer documentation.
Requirements
  • Must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR.
  • Prior experience in HR and office administration is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll and CPF submission.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
