- Manage salary survey, benchmark exercises, benefits reviews, insurance renewals, annual health check and other benefits programs
- Manage Payroll, PIT, Annual PIT Finalization, SMUI
- Coordinate with vendor and/or consultant for Work Permit, TRC for Global Mobility assignees
Risk, Compliance and Regulation
- Monitor employment and labor related legislations to ensure compliance
- Maintain regular cadence to ensure information flow of local nuance to Head Office
- Work in partnership with Head Office to ensure alignment, coordination in project/policy development and enhancement of information provision/services to employees
- Ensure country’s HR policies and practices comply with regulations and legal requirements
- Conversant with the full spectrum of HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience
- Confident HR business partner and generalist with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business at a strategic level and be hands‑on when required
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
