As a rapidly expanding enterprise, we are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and sales leads, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering to understand clients' specific gifting needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams to brainstorm innovative gift ideas.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that cater to clients' unique preferences.
  • Generate accurate quotations and invoices for seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is mandatory for effective communication with diverse clients and suppliers from China
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word, to streamline various tasks.
  • Minimum of 0.5 year experience in sales for associate-level applicants and 3 years for managerial-level applicants.
  • Candidates with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in other languages will be viewed positively.
  • Prior experience in corporate gifts and merchandising is a bonus.
