Job summary

A leading human resources consultancy in Singapore seeks a Clinic Sales Consultant to engage with customers and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of face-to-face sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry. Responsibilities include handling new leads, achieving sales targets, and providing top-notch customer service while coordinating with marketing. This full-time position offers a salary between $3000 and $3500 with commission, and the work week includes weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to daily new leads through face-to-face interaction.
  • Track and meet planned sales goals and report results.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base.
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain rapport with customers throughout their smile journey.
  • Assist customer payments.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
  • Oversee clinic operations and staff duties.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
