Job summary

A leading global market maker in Singapore is seeking extraordinary Traders to integrate discretionary and systematic trading strategies. Candidates should have experience with complex financial products and knowledge of Python, SQL, and R. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented self-starters, capable of making decisions in high-pressure situations. The base salary for this role ranges from $175,000 to $350,000, exclusive of other benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience trading complex financial products is crucial.
  • Interest in game theory and decision-making is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate discretionary trading strategies with systematic ones.
  • Use trading metrics and data analysis to improve decision-making.
  • Make proactive trading decisions under time constraints.

Skills

Experience trading complex financial products (options, ETFs, futures)
Knowledge and proficiency in Python
