• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably in a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client service and account management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
