A leading procurement service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support and manage procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in service-based procurement and strong stakeholder management skills. You will lead procurement for training packages and lab space rentals, oversee RFP processes, and develop procurement processes to assure audit compliance. This role offers a significant opportunity within a growing company.
The role supports and partners with internal and external stakeholders to manage the full spectrum of procurement activities, particularly for service-based offerings such as training packages and laboratory space rental for clients’ R&D activities. The jobholder ensures all procurement activities comply with the company’s procurement strategy, processes, and policies, and develops procurement processes to support audit requirements.
Lead and execute procurement activities in accordance with the company’s procurement strategy, processes, and policies to meet business objectives.
Manage procurement for services, including training packages, lab space rental, and other professional or technical services.
Lead and manage Request for Proposal (RFP), RFQ, and tender processes from planning to award.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to:
establish clear scopes of work for services and requirements for products; and
validate scopes of work, specifications, and procurement requirements.
Develop, implement, and improve procurement processes, controls, and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
Prepare and support internal and external procurement-related audits.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in service-based or project-driven environments.
Proven experience in managing RFP processes and supporting procurement audits.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and documentation skills.
