Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for water quality analysers.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, including water utilities, municipal infrastructure, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and distributors.
  • Lead and support distributor management activities, including performance monitoring and capability development.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise on water quality monitoring solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales planning, forecasting, and market execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Environmental Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers, such as pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, and metals.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, key account management, and distributor management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills.
