Job summary

A leading digital asset partner in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Trader to manage client relationships and execute trades across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in global markets trading, preferably with knowledge of FX Options or cryptocurrencies. Responsibilities include providing market insights, developing trading strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shift commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with market colour and trade ideas
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understand their trading needs and provide guidance on our wide range of product offerings
• Structured product ideation based off client feedback and interactions
• Price and execute simple (spot) to complex products (exotics, structures) across multiple desks
• Manage risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols
• Deal with day-to-day administrative issues in support of trading activities and liaison with trading operations
• Work with internal technology and analytics groups for enhancements in systems, analytics and coordinate trading activity
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve trading processes and client service
• Candidates will be required to work shifts, which include supporting different time zones and weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ direct experience in global markets trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Trader or in a similar role within a financial services environment is preferred
• Have an active mind and strong awareness of risks
• Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, making informed decisions while handling large trading volumes
• Experience in cryptocurrency trading and/or knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem is preferred
• Must be able to commit to shift work
