Job description

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site operations, interpret drawings, and provide basic technical assistance to resolve construction issues.

• Ensure site work complies with the Project Quality Plan, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams on technical, quality, and site matters.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

• Inspect work quality, track completed works, and maintain proper site documentation and inspection records.

• Prepare site reports, update stakeholders, and assist in monitoring variations, claims, and cost impacts.

• Implement basic cost-control measures under guidance of the Project Manager.

• Support environmental management tasks and continuous improvement activities.

• Assist in resolving construction and installation issues with architects, structural and M&E consultants.

• Work closely with the Site/Construction Manager on project execution and timely completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in building or construction projects.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.

• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Ability to read drawings, manage documentation, and support technical discussions.
