Responsibilities
- Lead business program management initiatives to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the global supply chain
- Own the operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts, ensuring delivery, cost, and quality targets are met
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships to identify and realize revenue growth opportunities
- Drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service and performance metrics
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program execution
- Work closely with R&D teams on new product introductions and project transitions
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across all stakeholders, including escalation of issues to senior management when required
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and execution strategies
- Understand critical paths, manage schedule compression, and lead recovery actions when projects deviate
- Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation plans to support informed decision-making
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively escalate risks to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure sufficient capacity planning to meet customer demand while managing supply chain risks and disruptions
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure on‑time delivery and cost efficiency
- Implement review mechanisms, action triggers, and structured follow‑ups to ensure execution discipline
- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives by streamlining supply chain processes and systems
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain performance
- Develop and execute inventory control strategies to minimize excess and obsolescence
- Identify slow‑moving materials and implement process improvements to improve inventory deployment
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customer accounts
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to management
- Manage supply chain improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows
- Experienced in end‑to‑end supply chain process – including logistics, inventory control, and purchasing
- Has knowledge of International Trade regulation compliance procedures
- Proven ability to prepare management‑level presentations with clarity and impact
- Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
