Responsibilities:

• Oversee the review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and tax documents, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and tax submissions.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare key financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers, including accountants, company secretaries, auditors, and tax consultants for subsidiary matters.
• Support the Group’s forecasting and budgeting processes across all entities.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and procedural guidelines established by the Head Office.
• Provide support on other financial matters and ad hoc assignments as required.
