Overview
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Consultant to support our growth strategy. This role combines account management and new business acquisition — perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
Deepen client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
New Business Acquisition
Prospect and engage potential clients via networking, referrals, and events
Understand business challenges and present customised solutions
Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to decision-makers
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
General
Meet or exceed growth and acquisition targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
