As a member of the Corporate Communications team, you will manage employer branding and employee communications, ensuring effective, engaging, and consistent messaging across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as intranet and company updates.
• Design and implement internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Plan, organise, and coordinate company townhalls, collaborating with teams to develop content and agendas aligned with company goals.
• Create compelling content for internal and external platforms, including social media, career sites, and employee portals.
• Develop recruitment messaging and engagement initiatives.
• Support stakeholder engagement to deliver effective organisational communications.
• Collaborate with corporate communications and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Partner with agencies to create and curate content for career sites, employer brand materials, and social channels.
