We are looking for a driven and dynamic Consultant to support our growth strategy. This role combines account management and new business acquisition — perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
- Deepen client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
- Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
- New Business Acquisition
- Prospect and engage potential clients via networking, referrals, and events
- Understand business challenges and present customised solutions
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to decision-makers
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
- General
- Meet or exceed growth and acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
