Overview

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Consultant to support our growth strategy. This role combines account management and new business acquisition — perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
    • Deepen client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth
    • Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates
  • New Business Acquisition
    • Prospect and engage potential clients via networking, referrals, and events
    • Understand business challenges and present customised solutions
    • Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to decision-makers
    • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
  • General
    • Meet or exceed growth and acquisition targets
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
