Overview

Management Trainee (F&B) – Iconic 5-Star Hotel, City Hall MRT
Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 + 2 meals a day
Location: Central Singapore (next to City Hall MRT)


We’re looking for 3 bright, motivated individuals to join a renowned fine-dining restaurant in a 5-star hotel as Management Trainees. This is your chance to learn every aspect of running a premium F&B operation and fast-track your career in hospitality!



Responsibilities


  • Rotate through key front-of-house roles (service, reception, captain).

  • Deliver top-notch customer service that delights guests.

  • Manage reservations, front desk & CRM system.

  • Handle POS, billing, closing & petty cash.

  • Assist with event planning, rostering & inventory checks.

  • Lead service teams and coordinate with other departments.

  • Uphold the highest hygiene, safety & service standards.



Qualifications


  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business or related fields preferred.

  • Proficiency in Chinese preferred to liaise with customers.

  • Strong communication, positive attitude, passion for hospitality.

  • Able to work 6 days/week including weekends & public holidays on rotating shifts (10am–10pm).
