Job summary

A leading safety solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator. This role involves conducting safety inspections, performing safety walks, and auditing safety documentation. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a solid understanding of Risk Assessment principles, and a valid Managing Work at Height certification. Immediate availability is preferred. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site safety inspections to ensure work activities and equipment comply with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and are safe for use.


• Perform regular safety walks to verify the adequacy of implemented safety measures.


• Identify, address, and ensure timely rectification of safety hazards.


• Audit safety documentation to confirm compliance with the WSH Act and its requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator.


• Must possess a sound understanding of Risk Assessment principles and be capable of preparing and implementing Risk Assessments independently.


• Must possess valid Managing Work at Height certification.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
