Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Office hours)
Job Description
Assist with data entry, including input of attendances and billing details into the ILTC Portal for subvention claims
Support accounts receivable tasks: mailing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts with Statements of Account/reminder letters
Maintain proper records and documentation
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Candidates with O-Levels and at least 1 year of relevant experience in similar finance or admin functions will also be considered
Familiarity with billing systems, accounting software, or subvention claim portals is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
