Responsibilities
  • Support and lead implementation of departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Deliver results that create measurable impact across the organisation.
  • Use functional expertise to guide decisions and solve problems.
  • Plan and run events, workshops, and engagements aligned with key goals.
  • Manage programmes to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Identify and recommend ways to improve and innovate processes.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in engaging stakeholders and delivering impactful projects.
  • Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as LEAN, Agile, or Design Thinking.
Preferred Skills
  • Certifications in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation.
  • Experience in finance and budgeting processes.
