Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed according to prescribed checklists and schedules.
- Assign and lead technicians to address breakdowns or complaints promptly; troubleshoot and rectify issues within required KPIs.
- Provide feedback on major works to the Engineer.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
- Handle project-related tasks as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Engineer or Management.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management / Engineering
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
