Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
2. Perform preparation work and properly clean and sanitize all equipment and the workplace.
3. Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
4. Perform hair services such as shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting.
5. Conduct scalp treatments.
6. Provide training to all staff members.
7. Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations.
8. Plan work and shift rosters for all staff.
9. Build personal relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
10. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
11. Achieve sales targets, manage marketing efforts including social media, merchandising, and customer appointments.
12. Manage shop inventory, and balance and audit daily revenues.
13. Maintain good verbal communication skills.
