Seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Director to join our team in the Woodlands . This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to lead and deliver complex construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects that are vital to our company's growth and the satisfaction of our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution
- Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
- Managing project budgets and maintaining financial controls to optimise project profitability
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project delivery
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
