Job description

Be at the frontend of Singapore's Green Plan and EV Transformation! You will help to shape the future of electric mobility through data-driven strategies and digital innovation. We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive EV charging data initiatives and develop a digital platform that support nationwide charger deployment planning.

  • Salary up to $7,000 + Bonus (up to 18 mths annual package)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive efforts to collect, transmit and publish EV charging related data (e.g. real-time availability, pricing etc) to enhance public access and usability of charging infrastructure.
  2. Oversee the buildout of a charger planning digital platform that aggregates and processes data to guide EV charger deployment across Singapore.
  3. Collaborate with system developers and engineers to deliver platform, manage timelines, conduct UAT, and ensure readiness for production deployment.
  4. Facilitate the transition of the platform into operational use - including vendor procurement and onboarding to maintain the system in steady state.
  5. Coordinate with EV charging operators, government agencies, and technical partners on data integration, system security, and data governance protocols.
  6. Use data insights to support policy, planning, and engagement efforts, including presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, data, public policy, or IT)
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on technology-enabled public projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in digital platform development, data coordination or systems integration is a plus
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into action
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Knowledge of EV charging standards or IT system design would be an advantage (not mandatory)
