Our client is one of the largest real estate developers that provides real estate investment and operations.
JOB SUMMARY
This is a newly created position in Investment & Asset Management Division. The role is expected to manage portfolio of Investments and assist sourcing and analysing potential property investment opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for monitoring the business plans of property investment projects and manage the operational cashflow to create, implement to enhance the value of the assets.
• Formulation and management of budgets for investment projects, liaison with and reporting to headquarters.
• Establish and develop relationships with business partners, source, execute and monitor property investment opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies on potential deals and build practical deal structures.
• Conduct market research and due diligence (legal, accounting & tax) on potential projects in collaboration with professional firms.
• Discuss and finalize the deal contract/agreement with business partners to secure investment opportunities.
• Business trips to various cities in the Philippines and Malaysia.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or investment of the property industry.
• At least bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or equivalent.
• Internationally recognised professional financial analyst or finance/accounting/investment qualification (such as CFA, CAIC, ACCA, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with difference parties across countries.
• Excellent presentations and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
