About Your Company

Our client is a Venture Capital firm investing heavily in US Tech Giants and Pre-IPOs. They are hiring for a role to handle annual audits, monitor fund operations, and support MAS reporting. The ideal candidate has a Big4 background with experience in VC fund & SPV audits or in-house experience seeking an all-rounded position.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end audit processes for various fund structures
• Review fund accounting processes, NAV calculations, and financial statements
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and service providers
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification in SG CPA, CPAA, ACCA, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with Big4 FS background
• Knowledge of fund structures, investment products, and financial instruments
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Hong Kong regulations and SFC rules
