The Opportunity:
  • Work in a leading R&D organisation in public sector
  • Location: one-north
  • Salary: Up to $3,100
  • 6 months
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior leadership.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and minutes for leadership meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and professionalism.

Corporate Administration

  • Support corporate initiatives such as space planning and events.
  • Provide secretarial, administrative, and logistical support for board and internal meetings (e.g., scheduling, material collation, venue setup, agenda preparation, and tracking action items).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely submission of materials.
  • Assist with procurement, payment processes, and liaise with facilities or IT for operational matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with knowledge management through proper archiving of documentation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and events, including AV arrangements and catering.
  • Support other administrative or operational functions as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in corporate or public-sector environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Good communication skills as you will be working with multiple stakeholders (both external and internal)
