You support the planning and execution of events, activations, and campaigns. You handle logistics, documents, and project files. You learn how to run on‑site operations and keep things moving during show days. You maintain proposal decks, budgets, vendors and project logistics with accuracy.
You help manage relationships with vendors and clients. You update contact lists and track vendor capabilities. You source vendors with curiosity, learn what they do, compare options, and understand how each partner fits into a project. You communicate clearly and follow through.
