A prominent global financial institution is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Investments and Credit Risk Management in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee risk from credit sanctioning to investments, maintaining robust controls while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Essential qualifications include experience in credit underwriting and strong analytical capabilities regarding Asian financial assets. Purpose of the role
To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an AVP – Investments and Credit Risk Manager Private Bank. You will cover risk oversight from a credit risk sanctioning, investments risk and portfolio perspective. You will also provide underwriting coverage working alongside the senior Risk sanctioner and also provide investments and credit collateral risk / derivatives margining oversight support. You will assist the local Risk team and Finance / Reg Reporting teams with local and global portfolio risk reporting requirements.
