Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of our product offerings, ensuring they align with market demands and internal strategies. You will conduct competitor research, manage the product roadmap, collaborate closely with tech and sales teams, and ensure smooth product rollouts that meet user expectations.

Product Management
  1. Market Competitor Search and Study
    • Conduct research on market competitors.
    • Update the competitor comparison list with any new findings, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  2. Review Product Roadmap
    • Based on feedback from sales, tech or other teams, review the product roadmap.
    • Adjust timelines, features, and priorities to ensure the product development is on track and aligns with market demands.
  3. Review Product Development Status with Tech Team
    • Have regular check-ins with the technology team to monitor the progress of product development.
    • Address any blockers or challenges that may impact the delivery timeline.
  4. Explore Tools for Product Rollout
    • Research and evaluate new tools and technologies that could facilitate the product rollout process.
    • Assess their potential impact on improving product functionality, user experience, or operational efficiency.
  5. Review Product Demos
    • Coordinate with the sales and tech teams to review product demos, ensuring they accurately represent the product’s features and capabilities.
    • Identify any issues or discrepancies in the demo and work with the relevant teams to resolve them promptly to maintain the integrity of the sales process.
Education

Bachelor's Degree: Most product manager positions require at least a bachelor's degree, often in fields such as business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Experience

Product Management Experience: Experience in product management or related roles is highly valuable. Understanding product lifecycle, market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning are crucial aspects of product marketing.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which you'll be working is often preferred. Experience within the specific industry gives you insight into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, which are all valuable for effective product marketing.

Personality

Sense of ownership, responsibility, logical thinking, and effective planning, being proactive, details-oriented, and a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest. Good email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking.

Language

Proficient in English (oral and written)

IT Literacy
