Production Line, Team Leader

Location: Tuas (Free Shuttle from CCK & Joo Koon MRT)

Shift Options: Day or Night | 12-hour shifts

• Guide Your Team: Coach, mentor, and train teammates to succeed and grow.
• Own the Flow: Coordinate daily manpower, scheduling, and workflow to hit targets.
• Guard Quality & Time: Ensure products meet our standards and are delivered on schedule.

• Solve Proactively: Escalate and resolve issues fast to keep operations smooth.
• Drive Progress: Partner with maintenance and lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage Smartly: Oversee production records, inventory, and raw materials accurately.

Who You Are:

A hands‑on, forward‑thinking person who:

• Understands manufacturing and uses good technical judgment.
• Has experience leading or mentoring a team (formal or informal).

• Is comfortable with MS Office and systems like SAP.
• Brings a can‑do attitude and basic technical know-how to support troubleshooting.

Work Schedule:

12‑hour shifts: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day) | 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night)
Pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off. More long weekends, more you‑time.
Breaks: 2 paid tea breaks + 1‑hour lunch. Overtime is optional.
