IT Support Engineer — VIP Support & Onboarding
Job summary
An IT service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first-line support for IT-related issues. You will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, manage incident tickets, and ensure VIP users receive prompt assistance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk roles, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications
