The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, talent management, and perform payroll functions. Strong communication skills and prior banking experience are preferred. Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
• Prior experience in Banking & finance is preferred.
• Excellent writing ability and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage the whole employee’s lifecycle from on‑boarding to off‑boarding.
• Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Administer payroll functions including claims and monthly salary.
• Support internal and external audits, manpower report, and government surveys.
