Job Responsibilities:
HR Administration
  • Assist in jobs posting, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and offboarding staff.
  • Maintaining employee records include maintaining HR files, updating personnel data, managing staffs attendance/leave.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, employee claims, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, coordinating training, managing performance reviews.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Always keep update with MOM rules and regulations.
Accounts Assistant
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Handling invoices, billing, processing payments, and chasing debts.
  • Bookkeeping: Data entry into accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SAP), managing ledgers.
  • Financial Admin: Petty cash management, expense claims processing, preparing basic financial reports.
  • Reporting: Generating simple financial summaries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing filing systems, handling mail.
  • Coordination: Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams; arranging meetings/travel.
  • Documentation: Preparing standard letters, documents, and maintaining control.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
  • Possesses 3 years of working experience as a HR in the construction/oil & gas industry
