About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator (with IT Asset Coordination) to support our HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee lifecycle processes. While the role is primarily HR-focused, it also includes coordination with the IT team on asset and inventory management.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working with data (especially Excel), and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and timely hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manage candidate databases.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, orientation coordination, and exit procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR-focused initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Prepare HR announcements and maintain personnel files.
- Update and manage information within HR systems.
- Ensure processes adhere to company policies and employment regulations.
HR Administrative Support
- Handle general HR-related administrative matters.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team and respond to employee queries professionally.
IT Asset & Inventory Coordination
- Track, issue, retrieve, and record company equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals).
- Ensure proper asset documentation during onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on inventory status.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, including exposure to recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in work execution.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of IT asset or inventory processes is an advantage.
